Darrell Coleman is a community leader who has a deep rooted passion for serving those who are often ignored in society (inmates, homeless etc.). With a Degree in Mechanical engineering and currently working for a Fortune 100 Company as marketing manager, he recognizes that his success is to be used to influence and support others within his community. The slogan “Use what you have to help who you can” not only encapsulates Darrell’s perspective on life but has also become the slogan for By Any Means Non Profit. “If you have a degree; use the degree to help others. If you have a car; use it to help others. You don’t have to have a large quantity of money or possessions…if all you have in this world is time… well by any means use your time to help others”.

Simon Valcin Jr. has had a heart of service ever since he was young. He practiced leadership at home and while he’d play sports, which remains one of his great passions. In high school, Simon captained the varsity basketball team for four years and then matriculated at the University of South Florida, where he served as the president of his fraternity. While in school and afterwards, he was involved in many community service organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters. Simon has worked as a private client banker for a Fortune 20 company before going into his passion as a real estate agent in the New York City market. While he is not helping clients find their dream home, he dedicates his time to mentoring and being a role model to the youth in his community.
